A one year membership to THESA is included in registration.
What your registration includes
A full day of sessions, one year of THESA membership, and, for in-person delegates, lunch and refreshments. Online delegates join a streamed session in each block. Social tickets are bought separately when you register.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations. Written cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the conference receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
Late cancellations. No refunds can be issued for cancellations requested within 14 days of the event, as catering and venue commitments have been finalized by then.
Substitutions. Cannot make it? Registrations are fully transferable. You may substitute a colleague at no extra charge by telling our registrar in advance.
Memberships. The BCTF and PSA membership fees included with registration are non-refundable.
If the conference is cancelled. In the unlikely event that THESA has to cancel, registrants receive a full refund of their registration. The association is not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
