Getting there
LaSalle College Vancouver, 2665 Renfrew Street, Vancouver. Doors open at 7:45 am for check-in, coffee and time with the exhibitors.
By SkyTrain. The campus is beside Renfrew Station on the Millennium Line, a minute's walk from the platform.
By car. Parking at the campus and on the surrounding streets is limited, so leave time to find a spot, or share a ride. Renfrew Station has no park and ride.
Accessibility. Tell us what you need in the accessibility box when you register and we will make the arrangements. If something comes up after you have registered, email us and we will sort it out.

Hilton Vancouver Metrotown
The THESA block at the Hilton is now full. If you already have a booking there, it is unaffected, and the details below still apply.
THESA has a block of rooms at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown for the nights of October 22 to 24. The hotel is a block from Metrotown Station, so the morning trip is SkyTrain the whole way: the Expo Line to Commercial-Broadway, then the Millennium Line to Renfrew, around half an hour in all.

Book by phone or email and say you are booking with THESA. Rooms in the block are held until October 2 and released after that, so book early if you need one.
Parking at the hotel. The entrance is off Kingsborough Street, into the parkade the hotel shares with Crystal Mall. Hotel guests park in the blue zone at $25 a day, and register the licence plate at the front desk; valet is $21 for the day or $32 overnight. If you are driving in for the day and taking the SkyTrain from Metrotown, the public zones are free for the first three hours and $14 for the day, paid by the QR code in the parkade. Maximum height is 6 ft 6 in, and there is no over-height parking on site.
